Meet the Photographer, Holly

I’m a 30 year old photographer based in South Harting, covering Hampshire and West Sussex.
I specialise in natural, storytelling photography for couples, families, and individuals who want relaxed, honest images that feel true to them.
A little about me
When I’m not behind the camera, I’m usually spending time with my daughter, Tahlia, or with my ever-growing family (there are always children around!). I also enjoy getting outdoors, whether that’s heading out for a walk with my dog or the occasional weekend away.
Photography has always been something I’ve been drawn to, and turning it into a career has been a long-term goal of mine. Last year, I made the move to reduce my corporate role to part-time so I could focus more on building my photography business, with the aim of taking it full-time in the future.
Before that, I spent 13 years working in a Quality role, which has given me a strong eye for detail, consistency, and patience — all of which naturally carry through into how I work and edit.
My approach
My sessions are relaxed, unhurried, and completely natural. There’s no pressure to pose in ways that feel uncomfortable or forced. Instead, I gently guide when needed and then step back, allowing real moments to unfold naturally. Most people are surprised by how quickly they relax once we get started — and that’s exactly how it should feel.
Whether I’m photographing families, couples, maternity sessions, or children from sitter age upwards, my focus is always the same: capturing genuine connection in a way that feels easy and natural.
I want your images to feel like you — not staged or overthought, just real moments as they happen.
What you can expect
A calm, relaxed photography experience, gentle direction without stiff posing, a focus on natural connection and real emotion, a session that feels easy and enjoyable, timeless editing that keeps your images true to life, and a gallery that reflects your story honestly.
Why this matters to me
The most meaningful images are often the simplest ones — a glance, a laugh, a quiet moment in between everything else. That’s what I love to capture. Not perfection, but real life as it is.
Final note
If you’re looking for natural, relaxed photography that captures real moments and genuine connection, I’d love to hear from you!
